More liquidity earns gradually less additional influence. The proposal caps each verified participant at 2% of electorate weight and requires at least 50 unique participants before binding voting can be considered.

Build skill. Supply materials. Do the work. Proposed tiers add 0.5% to 5% work credit in one chosen economic specialization, capped at 30 bonus minutes per participant per day. Gathering, refining, manufacturing, construction and food processing still require their ordinary skills, tools and inputs.

Sugar Cane supports food, drinks, candy, fermentation and lower-energy fuel recipes. Solar Plasma powers advanced industrial recipes and compatible upgraded equipment. Perks never create free commodity tokens or waive required ingredients.

No combat stats, combat equipment production bonuses, PvE quest shortcuts or boss progression boosts. Economic advantages can still affect market wealth; rates and recipe eligibility require economy testing before release.
